Planning & Scope of Work

Based on the consultation, we develop a clear scope of work outlining materials, construction methods, and project expectations. Our focus is on functionality, durability, and building features that will perform well over time.

We provide honest recommendations and transparent pricing so there are no surprises during construction.

Once the scope of work, materials, and timeline are finalized, we provide a written contract outlining all project details. This ensures clarity and alignment before construction begins.

A deposit is required to secure your place in our schedule and to order materials. This step allows us to plan efficiently and move forward with confidence, knowing expectations are clearly set from the start.

Once preparation is complete, construction begins. Our team completes all work with precision and care, following best practices for stonework, interlock, wood structures, and softscape installation.

We take pride in clean job sites, efficient workflows, and building each project as if it were our own.

After construction is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough to ensure everything meets expectations. We review the finished work, address any questions, and make sure the site is left clean and ready to enjoy.
